Terms & Conditions Our price list is
valid since 01.01.2007. Our prices are calculates ex works Grabenstetten plus packing and
shipping. The prices incl. VAT include the presently legal VAT of 19 percent.
For shipping addresses within the customs territory of the
EU [European Union] the prices listed are including the applicable German VAT if we have
not received a valid VAT ID Number. For shipping addresses outside of the customs
territory of the EU [European Union] the prices listed are excluding VAT.
If not any changes result of the confirmation of order, the
delivery will be arranged from Grabenstetten. By handing over the goods to the forwarding
agent or another person or institution that is charged with the delivery all risks are
transferred from Seller to the Buyer. In case the Buyer wishes a transport insurance we
will take out a policy at Buyer's expense.
For all damages caused by us we have the option to remove
the defects or to deliver compensation. We can not take over guarantee for incorrect
operation, improper use, wear and tear et al. Any further claims for damages are
explicitly excluded. The warranty period of 24 months shall commence upon receipt of the
goods by the customer. This period means a statute of limitation.
The title in the goods remains by us until the goods are
completely paid. Furthermore, the prices are subject to change. Exclusive place of
jurisdiction shall be the district court of Reutlingen. All legal relations between the
Seller and the Buyer are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. |
